Young Latino Heroes 2010

Latino students will be selected from Western Massachusetts middle schools in recognition of their outstanding academic accomplishments and leadership skills to attend Latino Recognition Day at Fenway Park.

The Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce, El Mundo Newspaper, Stop & Shop and the Boston Red Sox will honor young Latino heroes at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts in 2010.

Nominations are being accepted until May 5, 2010.

Nominations must be accompanied with a teacher or school department staff recommendation. Each child must have a B or above average, good character and demonstrate good leadership skills.

The selected winners must be available to attend, with a parent or guardian. Date is to be announced.
